Are there even 30+ people without Master degrees anymore? In Europe it is pretty much expected for one to have a graduate degree.

I'm leading an group that deals with placement of immigrants, from the moment they arrive in Europe and till we can settle them somewhere. I must thank you for being so welcoming, there's much more to come and together we will make Sweden great again.

There's no built incentitive in market system to keep people employed.

Pretty much everyone over 30 that I know haven't gone to the university.

I started a business after dropping out as an undergraduate. Hit just under $1M in revenue last year.
