I agree, the Christian fast is a lot healthier when coming in terms of detoxification, though wouldn't it be weird for my family to see me fast for a religion I am not part of? Besides, before this Ramadan I never fasted in my life, and I've quite the appetite for meat and sugary substances, hence it is far harder for me to keep up. And Iftar is fun too, at least it holds up some family values.
Call it what you like, while Islam is immoral and, and its populace a breed just as savage as that of a nigger, it did quite a job at upholding family values among certain values. Firstly, tell your police to man up, put those foreigners under your foot. Your law must apply to all, citizen or not. And those refugees are only there for food and shelter, your nation must give them that much, no more than that. Not your money, and not your women.
And second, yes I do know that we must keep hydrated, that's how many people break their fasts. But here in Lebanon, climate isn't that bad so not as much heat as the Khaleeji regions. And the Ramadan calendar varies, in a few years it'll be in winter, which is nice and easy.
