Is this book legit, Sup Forums? Has anyone read it? Why did I not know that Kaczynski had a new book until now?
You would think the MSM would be all over a Luddite terrorist detailing how to execute a revolution. Hell, I'm surprised this was allowed to be published. Then again, the publication date was Aug. 31 2016, when everyone was focused on the election.
The only place I can buy this AFAIK is Amazon. I want to make sure this is legit before I place an order and get put on a terrorist watch list. If I can buy this elsewhere in cash that would be swell.
Also, unabomber/Kaczynski general to keep this Sup Forums related.
Haven't read it but based on his manifesto, I think he's absolutely right about the cause of leftism being cognitive dissonance and low self esteem due to oversocialization. I think he's wrong to target technology, though. The oversocialization is mainly due to mass degenerate propaganda. The technology just makes it easier to push.

I think you can get the same effect with just newspapers, or radio, or TV. Internet just makes it easier. Oversocialization is from being presented too many conflicting "rules" or guidelines on how to behave and think. I think that's inevitable in any multicultural, dense population, with or without the internet.

No, the real redpill is that you can't be both a traditionalist and a modernist.

Completely agree with oversocialization being a huge, overlooked problem in society, but he argues that propaganda is part of the techno-industrial system and that oversocialization never would have happened if humans kept to their natural tribes of around a dozen people.
Probably.
Interesting how his book is the only one listed in the bookstore.... Just ran an ICANN WHOIS search. The registration is private and the site was created early last year.

don't be a sophist on the tech question, you're only technically correct about the technology being a means. (((they))) own the means and you'll never have even a fractiojn of (((their))) efficacy as such.
Sebastian Morris
Is it more realistic to remove technology or to change who controls the technology? I don't think people will give this shit up. Most people wouldn't survive a world without technology.
Jeremiah Bell
I've been compared to him because I sold my home PC, laptop, and smartphone, and disconnected home internet. I'm not even interested in being part of some "anti-tech revolution," I just found that having all that access was like having a never-ending bag of candy in front of me, instead of exhausting my willpower trying to stop all the time it was easier to just take away easy access. Also I can't look at porn at work so that's a bonus.
