We don't even have proof SR is dead. Not an autopsy report nor a death cerificate.
We do have the MPD report calling it murder, but that's about it.

i find it hard to believe someone would fax a classified document to a civilian, leaving it to the civilian to upload onto a computer, then redact on their own accord. the redactions are clearly digital and have sharp contrast whereas the doc itself, if faxed, is messed up.
