What I do believe is possible is that, if something like hermaphroditism or intersex can exist. Due to the way testosterone mutates either too little/too late that some variations in brain structure and physical build can exist to cause trans issues. But for the entire brain to alter I don't believe.
There's only one part of the brain which is sexually dimorphic but also found "backwards" in pre-HRT trannies, and even then it's only a statistically significant differenc, not 100%. HRT itself changes half a dozen other structures in the brain.
