I hope you understand that this isn't Communsim, it's almost a textbook definition of National Socialism.
The aim of Communism is a World Republic. Communism is based on the idea to seize all means of production; if the capitalists have countries to move to it doesn't work. Lenin (I beleive it was Lenin) himself said that the USSR needed a Communist Germany to survive economically.
