Medical reform that isn't statist and looks at the root source of the inflation, lack of competition and regulation.
A modest welfare program- more money into checking up on folks abusing it with strict enforcement and sentences for abuse, creating jobs for the folks that check up, and cutting down on abuse at the same time.
Controlled borders, with the states most effected enforcing.
Stronger education and making club or sport involvement (like ffa) part of the education program.
Rules enforcing continued free speech on the internet.
