On Tuesday May 30, 2017, a suicide bombing attack killed at least 15 people, and wounded at least 30 in Karrada district in central Baghdad, Iraq.
The explosives laden vehicle was set off next to an ice cream shop, just as families gathered round for evening munchies after fasting during the day for the Ramadan.
The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) claimed responsibility for the attack, alleging that the ice cream shop was targeted because it’s a gathering spot for Shia Muslims, according to ISIS’ Amaq agency.

>an ice cream shop what? why?

Problem is they don't try to solve the problem. First mission should be to find out who ISIS really is. Second mission where they get their weapons from, so you cut the supply.
