Your equating of the EU and the Neuordnung Europas is very far fetched. Not similar at all.
It's always Americans that are pro-EU thinking it can simply be restructured.

Colonialism was wrong because it was the White man's burden manifested, trying to make Europeans out of Africans.
There's a pretty good passage about that in Mein Kampf.

Hitler also said slavery of other people (didn't refer to black people here) was morally just because it was required to start a civilisation.

Define "white". Because "white" originates from colonialism as a racist concept to differentiate between the conquerors and the conquered and to dehumanize nonwhites. Today progressives use the exact same colonial model to dehumanize whites. Hitler did not subscribe to the colonial race model. The idea of "white" is absolutely ludicrous, it throws Spaniards and Russians and Germans and Italians into a bundle and acts as if they have enough in common to be considered one race. You can also find links between IQ and blood type, and crime rates and skull width. Discrimination on the basis of blood type is not much different from discrimination on the basis of race, fundamentally, it's just that it's easier to discriminate races since they are easier to see.
