>The NHS is hoping to borrow up to £10bn from private investment companies to pay for hospital repairs and equipment, it has been revealed.
>Anti-privatisation campaigners said plans to seek hedge fund investment show how "desperate" NHS finances have become.
>Health bosses will ask the Treasury to approve loans to create a new NHS infrastructure fund, according to The Times.

Why is railway nationalization a bad thing?
Why is our railway being in the hands of French, Dutch or German national companies a good thing?
Lads tell me what good is brexit if the above is happening and all our shit is owned or run by the French (this goes for the prisons too)? Because as far as I see Corbyn is spot on, the tories are offering no solutions here just ignoring the ever worsening service.

I guarantee you the (((people))) higher up in the NHS suggesting that they do that are complicit.
They should do it and default so then Goldman Sachs will own our health service and we can use that as an argument to finally close it down.
Samuel Myers
The "parasites" were forced to bailout the banks, remember? We are entitled to get that money back and invest in public services, infrastructure and education. It won't be your taxes paying for anything unless you're at the highest bracket.

1) Non-EU migration has FALLEN under the Tories (see picture).
2) This isn't chance - they restricted certain visas during the coalition government. Also they closed 800 bogus colleges which were giving international "students" illegal student visas.
3) The ONLY reason that net migration is growing is because of EU migration, which has SKYROCKETED in the last few years (again, see picture).
4) Labour could have set limits on migration from Poland etc. when they joined in 2004. Every other EU country was allowed to do this. Tony Blair didn't, because he thought small numbers would come from Poland. Now, Poles are the biggest migrant group in this country - there are over 1,000,000 Poles in the UK. And they basically ALL came after 2004.
5) Net migration grew by 434% under Labour. It's just been 8% under the Tories since 2010, and like I say, that increase is SOLELY down to EU migration (which we can control after Brexit). Without the EU, net migration would be FALLING.
6) Non-EU migration grew 147% under Labour (1997 - 2010). It's fallen 24% under the Tories.
7) Again this isn't coincidence - Labour passed a law in 1997 making it easier for non-EU migrants to enter the country and bring their families here. In fact one former Labour aide says Labour deliberately did this in order "to rub the Right's nose in diversity". Shocking stuff, but I guess such petty, short-sighted, and criminally irresponsible politics is nothing new from Labour.
If you want immigration controlled, vote Conservative. If you want the most pro-immigration party that has ever existed in Britain, vote Labour.

>The "parasites" were forced to bailout the banks, remember?
Yes, because big state retards like you want the government to be involved in everything. It was Labour who bailed out the banks.
You can't simultaneously say that we have actual capitalism or neoliberalism when bail-outs happen and companies don't get punished for their actions. The state propping them up is not even capitalism at all. It's socialism. Which is what people like you want.
Charles Fisher
Well the truth is millions of our workers do
and when joe blogs can't clock into his regular shift on a Monday because his train with Southern failed to turn up or is on a skeleton timetable that fucks our economy with the work hours lost.
There needs to be some kind of debate here how to fix things but Mr Grayling has had fuck all to say about failing service.

Aviva can be had for £710 a year. BUPA isn't much more, under £800. That's the average price for full adult cover.
Why do poor people claim they wouldn't be able to afford healthcare when that is cheaper than their Sky TV and mobile packages? Why do the poor spend more than that in a month on alcohol and fast food? Is there any reason that a football season ticket is more than that, yet it apparently is beyond the ability of the poor to pay for their own healthcare?
