You'd be surprised how many feminists will support her anyway. We supported Frank for all 5 seasons yet he was villain of the show -- he wasn't even an archetypal anti-hero that many shows are shilling these days. There are no redeeming qualities about Frank or Claire, nothing to humanize them, well maybe with the exception of Claire in a few cases, but they're meant to be sociopaths, that's why we all love the show.

It's an commentary on us the viewers -- even though they're disgusting, cold, evil and non-inspiring, we still watch the show with a keen interest because we too want to see our character make it to the top, to finally gain power and then see what happens to them.
