Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

If anything, the state simply becomes hyper-strong. It pushes pro-Marxist policies for their own sake. As the situation deteriorates, the revolutionary leaders slowly lose their support and respond by strengthening the state further, until the communist state is no longer feasible to maintain, and the country reverts to its previous monarchy/democracy.
The ideas of Marx and Lenin were created hundreds of years ago. While they were amazing at the time, they are primitive compared to current market economic thought and are no longer valid. One day, they will be thousands of years old. So we don't even have to argue about the problems of revolutionary doctrine because communism is so inherently destructive and out of date that the socialist argument simply eats itself, like an ouroboros.
Leftists argue that Marx is unpopular because of lack of education, and they're partially right. Marx should be required reading in schools because of its disasters and people should be more interested in him. The sad fact is, communism only prevails in communities with the poorest education and lowest levels of literacy. Those are really the only people who want it - losers.

I don't think you understand what "bourgeoisie" is. It's not classified by how much money you make. It's classified by whether or not you control means of production.
There are bourgies that are shit at their job and thus are poor. There are proles that work in lucrative fields and thus are rich. e.g if you run a garage and get fuck all customers you are still bourgeois by virtue of your ownership even though you don't make very much money. On the other hand if you're an oil-rig worker making six figures a year because your skills are in high demand you're still proletariat since you don't actually own the oil-rig.
I'm not even inherently opposed to markets, I just think it's plainly obvious that commercial property does not benefit society at all.

But you seem to ignore a blindly obvious truth, tools have existed since forever - far longer than anything recognizable as leftist ideology has. Even in Marx's day there were independent craftsmen with their own tools that could be used to work for financial gain. For instance a hammer and an anvil.
Why do we exempt these from concepts like "seizing the means of production". Because the reason we want to collectivize a privately owned factory for instance is the exploitative nature of it, the profits it produces to the owner are dependent on the labour of his employees, they make the thing that is sold and then profited upon from which he receives a cut. We as workers would rather receive more money, and so would rather distribute those profits among the people who do the work without it going to someone who simply "owns" the property.
Here is the distinction from a PC for instance. The person who owns the PC is also the person who uses it. Just like an independent blacksmith and his anvil. The profits accrued are already distributed among the person who works at it, that being one single person.
