when pretty much all of your "female" robot varients are lost or dead and most of them were built for the purpose of reinforcing battles, I don't think this is a huge stretch.

To answer your question in the short version, Marvel has been catering to what they think their audience is based on who the writers interact with on tumblr and Twitter. So it's easy for them to get confused with people making noise versus people who actually read comics. And the reverse. That panel you posted sounds like the writer just took stuff people said on the Internet they don't like and shoved it into a villains mouth. That's quality of written these days.

They focus more on brand recognition for retards than just making quality products people want.
