Besides it all being part of his "brand," blacks in general are obsessed by race. Even they know they don't belong here. Their "otherness" is the first thing thought in their minds when they wake up and the last thought before going to bed. They're so unable to see that they're cutting each others' throats and it's no longer any "systemic" problem keeping them down.
