well, white european evolved their social contract in a different environment. i would argue it was less forgiving because western european culture was created out of nearly a millenia of feudalism.
feudalism was not tenable for any lengthy period in china, i believe due to its geography, and because of its relative unity under one imperial state culturally it selected for socially docile scholars, not independent minded warriors

The economy will be fine, there may be some social problems though.
They aren't Fascist in the Italian sense, but can you read the question? They incorporate many elements of it, eugenics, strong nationalism, state promotion of traditional family values, and others.
