With Romania it's not clear but it's usually counted in the Balkans, as for Slovakia and Hungary that's Central Europe. Same with Slovenia, parts of Croatia and the northern Serbian province of Vojvodina. Basically everywhere that Austria had a huge cultural influence instead of the Turks.
