A study led by the University of Oregon in 2015 came to the conclusion that children raised by same-sex couples are no worse off than children raised by parents of the opposite sex. The research looked at 19,000 studies and articles related to same-sex parenting from 1977 to 2013.
'Consensus is overwhelming in terms of there being no difference in children who are raised by same-sex or different- sex parents,' University of Oregon sociology professor Ryan Light said.
Aside from the simple fact that they love their children just like all parents do, Abbie Goldberg, a Clark University researcher, and her colleagues have shown that increased presence may be due, in part, to fathers' initiatives to counter bias and assert more same-sex visibility and inclusion in schools.
My current study, indicates the same.
Many of the men taking part have told me that being actively involved helps them preemptively counteract potential negative encounters with school personnel and other families. Gay dads prefer schools and communities that are safe and inclusive.
Beyond that, they want judges like Nance and lawmakers bent on barring them from fatherhood to see that two-dad families are for the most part just like any other family.
-- Why does Sup Forums WANT more kids stuck in foster care because of "religious freedom" laws rather than in the loving arms of 2 homosexual parents? Your personal disgust with homosexuals does not somehow interrelate to their parenting skills.

>A box of crayons or a paint set and brushes will keep this artistic child happy all afternoon.
>Cassie loves to draw, color, and paint. You’ll see her imagination come alive on the pages of her sketchbook.
>Cassie’s creativity is one of the first things people notice about her. She’s a happy, sweet child who also loves to invent new games, play with her favorite toys, and run outside. That’s why she hopes to find a forever family that is active and energetic — maybe even a family with a dog or cat she can play with outdoors.
>Cassie adores animals, and the adults in her life describe her as “observant, kind, and caring” toward friends and pets. Two-parent families from any state will be considered. Potential families should be patient and engaged, ready to support Cassandra as she transitions to a new home. Families should also have experience in addressing special needs, emotional well-being, and building strong, positive family relationships.
>Cassie is excited to engage with parents who can actively support her academic journey; She loves reading, math, and, of course, art class.
>Can you be the family who supports Cassie's creativity and helps her to develop her lively personality in a safe and stable environment?

It is helpful to have two people to divide the chores of raising a child, the gender does not matter though.

Mainly because gays are more likely to molest and fuck up kids they adopt. And why should we trust that study made by some cultural marxist in some commie infested hell hole of a college?

At that point if they need additional help they can hire nannies, have relatives help etc.

Except for when you ignore the grooming of children for consumption by pedos or exclude being conditioned to be gay from your definition of no worse off.
Personally I see nothing wrong with that provided they have family who can help or at least the resources to hire people who can help raise the child. I just don't think the law has to cater to them necessarily.

Gays have specifically requested adoption rights for decades. I'm not sure if there is that much demand amongst single people but I do believe at least in the U.S. they are allowed to adopt if they have sufficient resources to care for the child.

With all the lunacy happening on college campuses, with possibly the worst example happening in the state of Oregon, how are all college "studies" not immediately put into question for their legitimacy? What if the same illiberal progressives like the ones who literally took over Evergreen aren't the same ones conducting these bullshit agenda driven nonsense?
Aiden Smith
Oh but you would never question a study funded by Christians showing that gays are bad parents, right?

50$ says they didn't interview the children directly and ask them if they see themselves being involved in a heterosexual relationship when they're older, or they'd find that 9-10/10 in straight families say yes, and 8/10 in gay families say no.

They're 50% more likely to identify as LGBT as adults. It's easy to say that there's no problems when you don't consider being a USELESS FAGGOT to be a problem.

>our study found that children in lesbian families ... more likely to question future heterosexual romantic involvement than children in heterosexual two-parent families. >these children will also develop different ideas about gender than their counterparts in heterosexual families. >On the other hand, our result that children in lesbian families are more likely to be less certain about future heterosexual romantic involvement is in line with the finding of Tasker and Golombok (1997), who showed that young adults raised by lesbian mothers are more likely to consider a same-sex relationship as a valid alternative than those who were raised by heterosexual parents. >In sum, our findings regarding feeling parental pressure to conform to gender stereotypes, feeling that their gender is superior, and doubting future heterosexual romantic involvement, our findings do not support the ‘no difference’ consensus in empirical research on lesbian-parent families (Clarke 2002; Stacey and Biblarz 2001).

If your dad is gay he's probably going to do horrible shit to you to try to force you into faggotry as well. It goes without saying, if your parents are doing horrible shit to you, for horrible fucking reasons, then they are obviously horrible fucking parents.
