Welfare is when you get money from the government for not working. It's meant to help support those who genuinely cannot work and those who are in between jobs and stop our most vulnerable citizens from starving to death, It has become abused by lazy degenerates who would rather live in poverty on the government's dime than get a job and elevate their socioeconomic status.
