No weed is not degenerate, but you shouldn't be using it heavily if your brain has not fully developed. Weed deserves neither glorification or to be demonized. It's a drug just like any other, and needs to be treated with respect. With that being said, people should really be more pissed about all the 13-19 year olds who use weekly. The brain develops the most in that time period and likewise, a lot of people smoke weed in that period as well.

I go through an ounce in about 3 weeks with my roommate; we smoke every night. We usually just do one hits but might break out the bong or roll a few if it was a particularly stressful day or we accomplished something that calls for a bit of minor celebration.
I have two friends who smoke way too much; one is hardcore libertarian and the other is kind of the stereotypical numale with smatterings of black pill corruption I've instilled in him. They're both passive narcissists; probably from spending too much time alone with their thoughts on weed.
As with most things, weed is fine in moderation. The amount and how often you should use is going to vary from person to person.

If you call something a conspiracy, by definition you are acknowledging its existance as fact.
Conspiracy theory is when you suspect someone, or a group of conspiracy, but do not have the hard evidence to back up the claims.
Funnily enough, the term conspiracy theory was coined by Richard Nixon, while he was in office, to discredit people accusing him of conspiracy. All whilst he was commiting acts of conspiracy which was proven later.
