There will be a lot of parents on the fence between just sending their kids to public school or using the voucher to send their kid to a private school so the public schools will try to keep those kids there by making improvements.

I've attended several different schools in rural and urban Indiana and one in Massachusetts. Every one of the Indiana schools blew the fuck out of that High school in Mass I spent my year in. All I need to consider.

My dad's into local politics. He did an analysis of the correlation between funding and results in Swedish schools on behalf of our municipal government. He got an r-value of 0.04. There's no significant relationship between funding and results at all, at least here in Sweden.
