Leaf insects are the most amazing animals ever
They even have holes or dead-looking parts on their bodies to completely mimic a leaf. Even better, when they walk they sway back and forth to look like a leaf in the wind

I feed them bramble leaves, when they're young you need to cut off the tough edges of leaves because their mandibles can't cut through it yet. I'm sure there's a lot of other leaves they eat but I have a lot of brambles near me. They live in a slightly humid and heated enclosure but it's really nothing compared to some of the set-ups reptile owners will build, in terms of size and electricity.
