Just watched the new Wolfenstein trailer. The German officer at the start is very polite and well mannered, calm and collected. Noticed this trend in a few other places too. One of which is man in the high castle.
Ive watched a lot of old movies when i was growing up, and in the movies from 60-70s, even 80s and 90s nazis were just these pure evil people, no manners, no soul just evil.
And now we have this, think the general public is starting to see trough (((their))) lies, and slowly see national socialism for what it truly is?

not really. its a jewish 1855d interdimensional backgammon trick. by making the nazis look human, theyre trying to make the americans look bad by seeming like gung ho imperialists etc

No, if anything they're trying to paint well-mannered and traditional type people as "evil". You can't have those lame squares getting in the way of fun stuff like drugs and promiscuity, right?

No. The Germans in that game are meant to mirror Western white people.

Didnt see it from that angle, guess they always try to play tricks with the mind

It's a very old writers trick - a convincing villain needs to be recognisably human, not a caricature.

its the exact opposite user, its psyops to convince niggers and brownies that even when the person seems like a good person they're still white a.k.a a nazi and can't be trusted and treated with hostility

But they are

>Nazis are polite, well mannered, calm
>Therefore to be against Nazis you should be rude and emotional like liberal tards
Another attempt to remove the rock of civility from our society.

Yeah, this. If they're going to promote rude, uncultured gangsta-types as heroes, then the opposite of that must be evil.

it's 5d circumcision

I think they're imitating Quentin Tarantino's style. Having a polite villain that could snap and kill you at any moment adds suspense.

the gameplay looks shockingly bad

The farleft believe polite law abiding white people are criminals of a sort. Thats the tl;dr of it i could write an essay about it.

>Nazi's weren't bad

when you've become a living meme

this. the evil gentleman character is trendy right now.

Absolutely this, and it's working better than (((they))) could have possibly hoped

I'm torn about pirating this game
>One of the most fun modern shooter
vs
>obvious political commentary about modern America
I didn't mind the new order because it showed nazis as invaders, this one seems to make them integrated into the general population, it's definetly trying to make a statement.
Also i've never liked how much the series feels comfortable with gratuitous violence against nazi, i feel uneasy when the game wants me to giggle at a character violently stabbing a guy that was just doing his job.

> The German officer at the start is very polite and well mannered, calm and collected.
Yeah but that is just to set the idea that "even if they SEEM like nice people by being nice. that does not mean you should not punch/kill them"

I wish i could remember the name of the Swedish Advert for a dating app that has a nice intelligent guy talking to his gf while she flicks through her phone and settles on tyrone.

Think about all the dumb shit the media has got people involved in. Think about the weird shit feminists are induced to like/dislike
They SET preferences. It does't matter about the actual qualities.

Wrong. Go and watch the longest day. The Nazis are much more caricatured in modern film. Although hollywood may be catching on to people sickness with these caricatures, I doubt it.

Pirate anything you can.
They use trickery to make you buy the game, such as trailers not at all depicting what the final product is like. Buying off ratings, silencing critics etc etc.The list is quite extensive.
While they are doing all that to you, youre holding back and playing nice, good goy?

it's actually fairly typical of Nazi scenes, you are supposed to hate their robotic mannerisms and intrusion on you. By being polite they are essentially oppressing you since you are forced to communicate on their level or look worse than them, and this makes it tense if you are trying to hide who you are. It's abused in Inglorious bastards like 8 times.

Man that image feels like you see it twice

first time bluepilled, second time redpilled

I prefer the happy go luck Nazis.

in the 50s the war movies were not all about da jooes so they don't need to portray the Germans as evil nazis
