So what are some recommended reading for pagans? I primarily want to learn about and pay homage too the Norse, Celtic, and Greco/Roman gods and cultures.
I would like to know the proper rituals and ceremonies for honoring my ancestors and the divine. Also certain holidays and traditions I could revive would be helpful.
The problem with paganism is that it doesn't have as much available literature and culture behind it as Christianity. Christians are rabidly obsessive with analyzing and philosophizing about Jesus and Christian theology, which results in an excessively complex theology that causes dozens of schisms (see every European war about some doctrinal disagreement the church has with itself).

Not sure about the Norse stuff, but from my limited knowledge I know the Eddas were written from a pro-Christian standpoint so they might not be the best
Cicero's De Natura Deorum is decent for Roman thought on Religion
