I am asking because a man close to me has breasts and ED despite being skinny and in his 20s.

He is on a diet of predominantly snack foods like cheetos, fritos, funyuns, and also candy such as sour patch kids, zours, and gummy worms.

The only source of meat he eats is from taco bell and I'm not even sure if this is real meat.

How much estrogen does all of this have if any? He got his T checked but it was normal so it's not that.
I do not think a man should have breasts and the sex drive of a frigid woman normally.
