Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

I question whether helicopters are the best way to do it. It seems very inefficient and could risk the pilots and aircrews health.
I suggest a large tower with a series of escalators, the final escalator leading to the top and through a hole, forcing the commie out so that they fall from an equivalent height. This would be cheaper, could be run night and day and is almost completely automated, lessening maintenance costs.
The cheaper alternative is to remove the escalators, replace with stairs and have an iphone at the top hanging just out of reach .
