The EU commission had recently launched a lawsuit against the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland for violating the EU treaty because they refuse to accept migrants as decided by 2015. The refugee distribution is also the topic at the EU summit from 22 to 23 June.

While she reflects the German council position (and Germany can easily rustle up a majority vote), Germans are under election so they won't pull this shit before they get elected and can safely continue killing off western civilization.
