The Prussian education model(K-12-PhD) extends childhood and dumbs people down in order to make them easier to control. It was sinister from it's inception. K-12 was a Prussian invention to infatalize the masses and make them self police each other. It's based on Darwin's original principles of evolution where 95% of the population is a genetic dead end and must be contained. Kindergarten breaks your bond with your mother and gets you to see the state as your family. The Prussian system was forced on most of the lower classes of the world by their rulers. Almost everyone around you has been turned into an enemy. The elite see you as Darwin's genetic dead ends. The idiocy you see around you is by design.

I'm not really interested in Christian focused schooling. That aspect of homeschooling turns a lot of people away. Do you feel it benefited you? Is the world six thousand years old?
I've seen first hand the batshit insanity of the public system. My high school science teacher went on to promote Common Core to the nation. He was on the team that developed Prozac and promoted it to the kids. One time we all had to watch a morning announcement video where he shook his butt around to "On the Catwalk." After watching his videos it seems he's pushing AP classes hard, while scoffing at Running Start(highschool kids taking actual college courses). Now i see Common Core has made a point to push heavy state propaganda in the AP courses. Pic related.

Yah I'll keep posting to bump the thread. There are many pro-homeschooling studies that are hard to look up anymore. I remember one which showed coal miners with a GED can school their children to a higher standard than the average public school.

I was homeschooled k-12. Finished at 16yo, good test scores, full academic scholarship to University in engineering.
Didn't enjoy it, wasn't prepared socially, fucked off for a while, became an internationally successful athlete in a sport that doesn't pay the bills.
Now I live in Finland.
Homeschooling is ok, kind of.
You just need to be fully prepared for the fact that your kids are unlikely to ever be able to live a normal life... that's rougher than you might think.

But the Teachers of the Year have a dirty little Common Core secret. They are not exactly the non-partisan, objective teachers advocating for their profession to the public at large that they profess to be.
The Teacher of the Year program is actually a project of the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), which authored the Common Core Standards and holds their copyright. The Common Core chooses the Teacher of the Year. In the interest of full disclosure shouldn’t these Teachers of the Year disclose that they were spawned from the Common Core each time they star in pro-Common Core commercials, write pro-Common Core op-eds, and lobby legislatures across the country in support of the Common Core? They never do.
Current National Teacher of the Year, Jeff Charbonneau of Washington, is on paid sabbatical from his teaching obligations at the high school where he worked so that he may travel the country as a spokes-bot for the Common Core.
Public school teaches people to feel not to think. It conditions them for a life of serfdom and idiocy. Look into the Trivium model of thinking. School stops the logical though process.

I went to public school and fit the description of the anti-social homeschoolers. Public school is full of retards who act like children and parrot propaganda to each other to pass the time. Being social will drag you down into the abyss in most cases. You nothing but learn prison logic. Look at mainstream idiot culture. That is the socialization normies like to chirp on about. When your history/life experiences are completely different from everyone else's, it's difficult to relate, fit in, etc. Also basically no realistic experience of how to be part of a group, which is a shockingly difficult and important skill.
