Since socialism is bound to fail, as you simply cannot predict and manage the entire market supply, how would they have dealt with that if per say the war never happened?

If they won, obviously they would have had access to many more resources and stave off a system collapse. But still, socialism is bound to fail, even labor would have to be controlled meaning a less free society. Workers would have to work the jobs the government chose for you to a point.

Capitalism allows the economy to sort of naturally balance out supply/demand via the free market.

Now Germans are pretty known for efficiency and organization, and under national socialism perhaps devoted and loyal enough to "do your part". However this is my speculation I cannot speak for the time and the people of the time.

But would it be possible to take the social aspect (not socialist in economy control) of national socialism and apply it to a capitalist economy and still work out?
