The Finnish welfare system has so many issues that this is not really representative. Is it better than the current bloated and bureaucratic model in Finland? Definitely. Is it a good model? I slightly doubt it.

I do not understand how people outside the system are too thick headed to get this one. They didn't have to work to survive before. This changes that system so that they receive less money, but they can take small jobs or try entrepreneurship without losing said benefit, which was rather large to begin with.
