How about some link to full archive, m8s?

Here's a question:
What is the purpose of art?

Why do we perceive mountains to be so beautiful? I can understand the green environment or shiny crystal-like things (resembling water surface) but why mountains? What's the evolutionary advantage? You can't eat a mountain.

Recognizable landmarks maybe? Or the perceived safety of higher ground.

Natural protection from enemy tribes

Basically a natural wall. Safe and comfys.

Art threads are best threads

Are mangus considered art?

I love Rockwell's stuff, it's easy enough to understand the story the piece is about yet there' still so much you can infer and chew into. He's such an amazing artist.

Paintings of people and events are cool and all but I've always thought nature was the best form of art.

I have never seen this one, fantastic.

I always found StaƄczyk to be a good representation of Sup Forums

Holy fuckin thicc

Awesome painting.

then you haven't met all of pol. Most christians are pretty upbeat the apocalypse is greatest happening so let's enjoy it.

Had the good fortune to see this in person. Anyway these Sup Forums art threads show deep misunderstanding of how art works and goes through various periods and styles.

Gentleman, well played.

It's more of the jester/pol knowing how shitty the current state of affairs currently is/going to be rather than the end of the world

I like Goya's creepy paintings.

What the fuck that cat looks exactly like my cat lmao

>shitty
What a way to describe an APOCALPYSE JEsus christ you atheists are no FUN.
