First the people in a blue, Hillary-voting state, Colorado, overwhelmingly vote to reject single-payer during last November's election (pic related), and now California, which has a Democratic Governor and Democratic super-majority in its State Assembly, has all but scrapped their universal health care bill today.
Why is single-payer health care such a flop in the U.S.?
Because single would be shit with our open border policies. Look how bad obama care is.
California has no fucking way to pay for universal healthcare when they're bleeding money and taxpayers. They know if they raise taxes further they'll just chase even more people out
and turn Texas into a blue state
The US has a much large patient population and less doctors per head then all the countries with a single payer system. Also the US has always had a much higher standard for health care when it is available. We don't want a system like the UK where people die on waiting lists just to see a specialist.

Yeah, you go to the VA for that.
>Hoards of dumb niggers and other low IQ filth being a colossal burden
>fat cunts being an even more colossal burden in the long run
Healthy homogenous high IQ countries should have Socialized medicine. Everyone else can't.
Why is it such a bad idea in the minds of Americans? Because they've been brainwashed to believe since birth that government intervention is bad in the marketplace, what do you think?
dude, its simple, the private insurance industry is like 500 billion or so. single-payer puts them out of a job. are they not going to lobby it to death? fucking duh. how stupid are people to not get this simple concept.
which is not to say they dont deserve to be put out of business, they really serve no useful purpose, they deny care, make doctors work harder, and only serve wall street.
Didn't trump just sign some bill today that reformed the VA?
