1) The plan to leave the country was made long before Trump took office. In fact, they already completed the factory in Mexico. Yet, King Nigger did nothing to stop it.
2) Trump negotiated to try to keep some jobs. Obviously, he couldn't save all of the jobs because the factory was finished.
