What "reasonable" things could Chicago do in order to reign in the amount of crime and murders the city has. Obviously "Gassing niggers" is not possible within this society, so what realistic things could the government do to help lower crime. Add more community programs that keep kids out of gangs? Better policing that gains the trust in the poor communities? Some good ol' fashioned gentrification that pushes the niggers out, moving them to another slum city?
