Universal healthcare is a good idea. Our tax dollars needs to go into something that actually benefits us. Americans generate the highest tax revenue and yet our schools are trash, our universities are not only not free but cost a metric fuck-ton, infrastructure is shit, cities are starting to look old and beaten down, where the fuck is all our tax money going? Oh yeah, the rich elite are using it to build fancy underground bunkers for themselves in case shit hits the fan, trillions go into black projects that have no accountability whatsoever, tens of trillions are spent fighting wars for Israel (yeah, we're basically cleaning out all the Muslim nations surrounding Israel, do the math and figure out the end-game here, it's pretty fucking obvious), the rest of our tax dollars just get straight up pocketed by the elite while small businesses are failing and the middle class is constantly getting poorer.

Universal Healthcare is a bad idea the way any government program is. We will pay more for shittier Healthcare due to the inefficiency of government run operations. It's funny how in one sentence you talk about how inefficient the government is and in the next sentence you say universal Healthcare is good, if you can't see the irony in that you don't deserve to have a conversation about this. This is the only reason we need to not do it, but there are many other implications of universal Healthcare that are morally questionable.
