germany could easily recover from ww1 because of the pre existing infrastructure and knowledge. Also the nazis united the pop towards a common goal.
No matter how much inflation the germans suffered, the roads, tunnels, bridges, and factories still existed. Africa has to build all of these from scratch. Also africans are not as nationalistic or commited to a wider goal as interwar germans, many african countries are split on ethnic or tribal lines and its impossible to revolutionize a country with these problems.
