If you're looking to become a captain, you're going to need captain papers, and inherit daddy's boat, or you're going to have to spent almost a couple million dollars for all the gear, which would either put you in debt or use up all of daddy's hard earned inheritance money.
The thing is, the fishing industry is going to collapse very soon. It's foreseeable. And it's because the economic crash is displacing jobs and workers from here to outwest.
