Yeah, it's pretty much all gang spillover as far as the shootings. I'm not totally up on gang territory in the different neighborhoods but it overlaps in that area and it was pretty rough around there up til around 10-15 years ago. There's still public housing close by, and of course the Blue Line brings the niggers in. Lots of easy prey around there and it's pretty desolate on those side streets late at night. Easy to ambush people for robberies and rapes.
