Setting up puppet govts and stealing resources more like.
We're multiracial and multicultural.
That's the short and cop-out answer.

That and also forgot to say that we have a bunch of retarded rural and suburban retards who actually believe that that free healthcare will fail because of
>muh niggers
>muh beaners
>muh lard asses
How do you steal something that has been conquered? Our miltary spending is the number one deterrent in stopping russia/China and every shitty country from taking over Canada and it's stupid PM socks.
Because "free" just means you pay more taxes and the government uses that money for healthcare. The entire thing about Obamacare is that everyone's paying more than what they were before, which while still not being a perfect system, had people under a better quality of healthcare.
See
Universal healthcare would be feasible if it was only offered to tax paying citizens and was given up if you're past a certain BMI or have health issues due to substance abuse from drugs and alcohol.
Yes the government does such a great job in Healthcare. The VA is shining example.
Only coastal and urban retards voted for Hilary.

good thing the top 10 states are practically worthless for everything with the exception of possibly natural resources. if anyone in this board still lives in this shit shanty states, they should consider themselves being complicit with living with failure. fuck that stupid fat part of the country.
That's hilarious. Like telling someone to wear a bike helmit because a comet could hit their head.
>being this embedded in ideology
keep telling yourself that you fucking clown. Sup Forums talks about redpilling like its going out of style but youre not even good at posting here.
Imagine paying 2000 dollars a month for a Healthcare place. That fits you perfectly. 2000 is a lot for you since the job market doesn't allow you to get a better job and you're scraping by. Thats fine though because paying for this plan allows you the freedom to see your care provider at any time with the extra coverage or whatever that you payed for. One week later the government passes a Healthcare for all bill and suddenly you have to pay 3000 dollars a month. Now you realize that you're paying the price for all of those people who have cancer and other ridiculously rare and expensive treatments. It's okay though, because helping others is a good thing right? The following week you get sick with some bad stuff. You're coughing and you have a dull ache in your chest but it's not your heart. You feel terrible and exhausted from the moment you wake up so you go to the doctor. Except, the receptionist tells you that the doctor can't see you today. And the can't see you tomorrow. In fact, they can't even see you for 6 months because now that everyone has healthcare, the queue is high and the competition is low. Instead of going to your nice doctor, you have to go to the clinic or somewhere else if they even have a spot for you. And you not only still have to pay that 3000 dollars a month now, you can be thrown in jail if you don't.
Imagine if the European Union introduced taxes and universal healthcare, do you think that would work?
Not an argument.
Everything about Canada is hilarious.
Bill Whittle sucks cock
...
cute story but the majority of the burden was shifted upon the upper classes which is why the cucked republican party cared so much to repeal it.
not saying the system was perfect and yes, there are horror stories about certain people being on the edge of income and tax brackets. still, the same narrative continues to play out where people of lower income (and virtually everything else) areas vote against their own interests because they are convinced that conservatism benefits the country as a whole and not a small, wealthy set.
this isnt sinister or even that hidden, with the exception of shell corporation donations. its just rational objectivism.

Our country is as big as the EU.
We have blacks.
That's it. If it was just "looking out for our own" as it was for European countries when they instituted healthcare, then we'd have it. But blacks are an "other" and hardworking Americans instinctually don't want to pay for them. You will learn this: as migration continues, I don't doubt that your healtcare systems will buckle so much under the weight of Ahmed's 19 kids on welfare that you'll have to do away with it. The sad reality is that all of your nice social democratic dreams can only be achieved in strong-majority white nations. Whites are the only people competent, contributing, and forward-thinking enough to support and not waste such services. Social dem policies will become less and less the focus of politics as nations become less white: politics will be more and more a battle of clans and whose group can get the most. There won't be "universal" anything. Take Bernie's loss to Hillary as a window into the future of all western politics.
We don't want it.
Say that to my face motherfucker and not behind a keyboard.
As usual, literally every post here so far answers with "multiculturalism" or "beaners, niggers, etc" and other garbage.
No one here does any research. If you want to enlighten yourself, start here:

>Because we provide "free" protection to worthless countries all over the world
Not just protection. Allow me to provide an example. Thanks burgers, literally using your tax money to keep the Zionists fat and happy.
We pay more per capita for health care than UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Italy, or any other Eurotrash shithole, but we still pay out the ass even after that and the answer is simple:
>Companies charge Americans 3x as much before insurance.
Once again it's America keeping Europe alive.
You're welcome.
We do, its called medicaid, it costs us about 10% of our GDP, and 1 in 5 americans are on it.
Its inefficient because its not allowed to negotiate prices down due to the health care lobby.
If we had a proper national system that was allowed to negotiate prices we would all benefit, but we cant because some retards think that doing what we are literally already doing, but better, would somehow be bad because it would give poor people coverage (who we are already giving more expensive coverage to)
There is pretty much no reasonable argument against replacing medicaid with a proper system, the only oposition are people who have no idea whats even currently happening and have no clue as to what the healthcare problems in the US even are, but just say 'muh socialism'
Because the US government absolutely sucks at everything.
Name one US govt institution that isn't staffed full of absolute retards who don't give two fucks whether or not you're "satisfied" with their service, because you have no other choice, and if you don't do their thing, you'll go to jail or get fined.
>DMV
>IRS
>VA
>Social Security Administration
>Court System
>Post Office
>Passport Office
Everyone complains about having to go to DMV, or the post office, they are universally hated. And then in the same breath these retards go "yeah but we should totally put them in charge of our healthcare though!"
Because forcing someone to pay for other's healthcare at gunpoint or threat of being caged is wrong.
>DMV
is state ran
>IRS
is a branch of the federal reserve, which is not a government agency
>VA
restricted by the same problem i mentioend with medicaid (as is medicare), the inability to negotiate properly. This is an issue that proper nationalzied healthcare would solve
>SSA
I have no experience with this
>Court system
Seemed decent last time i was there but then ive only ever been a juror
>post office
is broke
>passport office

Nice meme.
>the rich suffered the most
Bullshit the middle class and small business owners have been royally fucked in the ass from the ACA
No one deserves good healthcare. I believe people should get sick and die. Fuck people.
Healthcare is never "free", you dumb cunt.
Funny thing is that a lot of issues in the VA are in the private sector as well. The government also does Medicare, and they do that relatively smoothly.
Interestingly enough, Cuba has been recognized the world over for its prolific contributions to medicine, despite the fact that it's an isolated, rather poor island nation.
>Keeping useless people alive beyond their natural lifespan
Le shig.
I don't want to receive that much from the government. The more you accept, the more you justify their existence, and the more say it has in your life.
I want to pass a final constitutional amendment: the right to be left the fuck alone.
Besides that I'm a Paramedic, a system supervisor in fact. I've seen the sort of people who would be leeching off that system, and fuck those people, they're scum. Medicine is not the fix to their problems, a bullet is.

Because freedom is important.
>Government universal healthcare is free
I'm sure you're more than enthusiastic paying 60% of your yearly income in taxes.
My premiums under ACA became more expensive than my mortgage. I lost the stellar insurance my employer provided and now have to drive two fucking hours to the nearest city to see a doctor. Really faggot? Because Im lower middle class and all KenyaCare did was fuck me and my family in the ass. Took me years to have a comfortable living and this stupid shit left me struggling. What cunts like you dont understand is you can be poor and still have pride although this is mainly a white phenomenon. I'll cover my own medical bills without your glorified welfare tyvm Niggers on the other hand have no pride and will gladly suck tax payers dry.
explain why federal taxes should fund it, when I completely disagree with it.
explain how the federal govt, which fucks up everything they touch, should be managing health care.
explain how it shouldn't be a state-level issue.
explain why socialism is better than an open market.
you can't. fucking (((faggot)))
>To help fund insurance reform, Obamacare added an additional 0.9% Medicare tax on a taxpayer's "earned income." This was, however, a targeted tax increase, meaning it doesn't apply to everyone; in fact, you only pay the additional tax on earned income in excess of $250,000 (if married, $200,000 if single), meaning only the richest 2% are subject to the tax.
>The biggest revenue raiser in Obamacare is the net investment income tax, which levies an additional 3.8% surtax on interest, dividend, rent, royalty and passive business income of high-income taxpayers; those earning more than $250,000 (if married, $200,000 if single). Thus, once again, the tax impacts only the wealthiest 2% of Americans.
>According to the Tax Policy Center, on average, all Americans would experience a $600 tax cut. Those earning between $24,000 and $89,000 would walk away with an extra $150, on average. Those earning more than $700,000, however, will save $33,000 on average.
>Should Congress decide to immediately repeal all tax aspects of Obamacare, including the premium tax credit, the results will be sure to create headlines. In this scenario, because low-income taxpayers would lose their subsidies in the form of the credit, while the richest 1% would continue to save, on average, $33,000, those earning less than $89,000 will actually experience a tax increase. In fact, 7% of taxpayers earning less than $25,000 would see their taxes rise by an average of $3,900 because of the loss of the premium tax credit, while 3% of middle-income taxpayers -- those earning between $25,000 and $89,000 -- would experience an average increase of $6,200 resulting from the loss of the subsidies.
so, what do you got?
do you honestly think, being working class, that the republican establishment gives a shit about you? seriously. the big pharma and medical lobby is massive and will do everything in its power to continue to keep premiums and treatment high. when the conservative lawmakers are being paid by these companies, what keeps them from furthering the price gouging that takes place upon yours, and yes faggot, my family?
seriously think about this.
Let me tell you about "free" healthcare. But first you have to wait in this small room surrounded by the walking dead for 6 hours or more before I can see you.
A war between Canada and the USA. Reminds me of a cartoon movie but I don't remember the name.
idk about cubas innovation, I don't see them with near the amount of the US, not only Cuba but any country for that matter, as far as the VA problems being in the private sector I haven't read anything on that
>stealing resources
I fucking wish. Then we could have $1/gallon gas and shitlibs wouldn't be saying we need to import savage third worlders for work.
Does Mexico have free healthcare? That's the fattest and most Mexican country in the world. Obviously Africans don't.
"Free healthcare"
I don't want to pay for niggers I'm not even allowed to own anymore.
google.com
Oh but fuck me at least their taxes are a tiny bit lower!
how is it surprising at all that premiums increased when coverage also increased? although i havent read the adler and ginsburg study myself, the article you posted is a meta-analysis of a study that examined the effects of the ACA on individual premiums having skyrocketed, which could arguably be said to be indicative of a loosely regulated market initially reacting to violent change from government intervention.
americanhealthline.com
that spike in pricing is attributed solely, by blase, to the inclusion of the ACA, but the brookings researchers said that 2017 individual premium increases would actually be higher without ACA. is there any way i can contribute to that discourse? fuck no, but i doubt you could either.
on a side note, yes, premium increases will definitely disproportionately affect those in lower socio-economic stratum but thats a symptomatic of the health care industry itself and its ridiculous price gouging that it levies against the public. again, going back to the earlier argument, the republican party does not give a shit about the middle class and its proportionate increase in insurance premiums. wheres the middle class lobby? or are you really going to tell me that politicians, in OUR system, are actually going to argue for fundamental changes on the basis of justice or principle?
>
Is that guy literally defending insurance companies because muh jerbs?
LOL
because we make more money than everyone in the world so naturally big pharma wants to have a cash cow also
%50 of us are stupid
Daily reminder that 'free' healthcare is not free and that insurances are a cancerous scam.
Healthcare should be ''pay to get when you need it, not before'' in every situation. Need MRI? Pay for one. Need CT scan? Pay for one. Need few meds? Pay for them. Let doctors/clinics compete with skill AND prices just like the rest of us capitalist machine gears do.
This will indirectly push more people towards a healthy lifestyle that won't be eating their wallet up. It will also drive greedy pharma companies towards aggressively pushing viruses so they can sell meds and thus a major fuckup will happen soon.
Hello there reddit.
Because greedy and selfish rich people control this country using propaganda and they're so effective at it that they can convince people in a democracy not to tax the wealthy to pay for the poors health care.
thats also retarded. medical procedures are fucking crazy expensive. it makes sense to use insurance since any major injury/illness would bankrupt just about everyone except for the mega rich.
use auto insurance as an example. a single driver that causes a five car pile-up is responsible for the damage. if theyre underinsured and possess no equity, those other drivers are told to get fucked and pay for it. if none of them had full coverage, theyre footing the bill because of some other asshole. same with injury and illness, since you have to potentially pay for the negligence of someone else, at no fault of your own.
if you tried to sue someone with no insurance and no equity, you could try to put lien on some piece of shit they own but seriously good luck recovering anywhere close to appropriate damages.
>it makes sense to use insurance since any major injury/illness would bankrupt just about everyone except for the mega rich.
user if you think that insurance companies lose money when they ''pay'' for your MRI, you are the retarded one. Perhaps you need to talk to someone deep in the system to explain it better.
>use auto insurance as an example
Those are also a scam
>if you tried to sue someone with no insurance and no equity, you could try to put lien on some piece of shit they own but seriously good luck recovering anywhere close to appropriate damages
The only reason you find my proposal retarded is because you're used to the 'ease' of letting insurance companies deal with shit. I don't blame you, that is exactly what you pay them for. You pay them so you don't have to worry too much in case some trouble happens, not so you 'save money'. They are a scam nonetheless.
Are you asking why we don't pay for it through taxes?
Oh and by the way, I don't know exactly how it goes in USA, I only have an idea from the movies. The term
>insurance can cover up to xxx
rings any bells to you? The xxx amount is the maximum they can do without them losing a single penny from the benefit they made off of you.
It is not a right and you can't refute that
not carrying insurance is gambling that nothing bad is going to happen to you. carrying insurance is gambling that something bad is going to happen to you.
look at expected return. if i pay insurance and nothing bad happens, oh well. ive "lost" premiums. if i dont carry insurance and something happens, i might as well kill myself so that my family doesnt have to horribly suffer financially because of it. the reason why there is a massive field of litigators focusing entirely on insurance claims is because the insurance companies have a very real self-interested motivation in trying to fuck every individual out of their policy claims. not because "they lose money when they "pay for MRI"", but because theyre typically a publicly traded corporation whose sole purpose is driven towards maximization of shareholder value.
this is ridiculous. i shouldnt have to explain to you why insurance is a no-brainer. do you think americans are just fucking lazy and THATS why they want insurance, so they dont have to deal with paperwork? youre a fucking fool.
Explain how our military isn't a necessary expense.
Go on.
what percentage of it?
>if i dont carry insurance and something happens, i might as well kill myself
I know numerous people -with- health insurances that felt the same, after they got diagnosed with chronic conditions that demanded more money than their insurance could cover. They wanted to kill themselves to make sure the family won't go into debt to keep themselves alive. But yea, have faith in insurances my good man.
>do you think americans are just fucking lazy and THATS why they want insurance, so they dont have to deal with paperwork?
No, not just americans. Everyone everywhere. But since you felt your murican pride is under attack and went full retard mode, there's no point arguing. Agree to disagree.
>Why americunts don't have free healthcare?
There's no such thing as free healthcare, retard
