I've spent my whole life eating like shit and forcing myself to eat even when i'm full. After several years of this i''m barely even obese (110kg)
This is why I have slowly lost respect for fat people. They claim it's not their fault, that they can't do anything, they can't help it...yes they fucking can. it's fucking hard to get fat and it's easy as shit to lose weight, I started just eating normally for a month because I figured it would stabilize my weight and I lost 10 kgs. I don't even fucking excercise at all.
