I suffer from english. It's hardest thing. I can discribe my position if it is japanese, but in English, my expression is limited and sounds much dumber.
In these days, English is most important language.
I have to communicate with gaijin by english but I can not speak english properly
so I hope Japan abandon Japanese and adopt English.

There's more to get over than just vocabulary. Grammar is a big problem, too, especially since it's so different between Japanese and English.
Plus, all the formalities you see in Japanese do actually have English equivalents, but they aren't as obvious.

My native language is Finnish which isn't a Germanic language either. Therefore the grammar and structure of the language is way different. However I don't struggle and I never found English difficult since we are affected by the language all the time. English isn't hard, nips just have to try harder and actively use the language and let their ears get comfortable with it.

If you only came here for a week I can understand how you might have missed a few things. In all honesty, multiculturalism is effectively what is killing the United States and it's the source of most of our political and social problems. The problem is that the cultures do not mix. By nature, the cultures stay separate, not out of any special desire to, they are simply like oil and water, they cannot mix. A person is born into only one culture, that cannot be changed. Because these cultures are separate, they become rivals. For the most part, the smaller ones gang up on the largest one, although they do also usually dislike each other. Because of these rivalries, people who are born into one culture usually try to stay with its people, even when they do something that is only out of spite. Though I wouldn't say it is to spite anyone, this can be seen when literally every minority racial group votes for the democratic party in every election. Multiculturalism causes people to conform to a standard set by a smaller group that is motivated by a rivalry, and the rules are much more strict. For example, speaking proper English in the black community is said to be "acting white." So are trying hard in school, holding a good job, supporting a family, and being against crime such as petty theft or assault. I know this because I grew up in Georgia, near Atlanta, which is a place where a lot of cultures mix. I have seen cultures hold people back who would have otherwise done well. Multiculturalism does not free anyone, it puts you in a conflict and doesn't let you choose your team.

I speak 5 languages.
There is no actual reason for people to speak more than 1 good language. Just like in programming languages, not all spoken languages are equal. Some are easier to learn and more descriptive, Some can more easily describe abstract topics. Some are just easy to hear and understand. Some are easier to read and write.
Good languages include: English, German
Decent languages include: Spanish, Hungarian
Bad languages in most respects include: Chinese

But you are correct, there is no need for multiple languages. Having multiple languages mostly only increases the amount of time it takes to be fluent, because you must learn twice the set. You can see this lexicon problem within a single language as well, with simplified and traditional Chinese.
Geniuses, figuring traditional Chinese was too hard to learn, decided to make simplified Chinese. The result? To be broadly literate, you have to know both sets of characters. A colossal waste of human time and energy that could be better used to do literally anything else.
