Is there any hope for millennial women, or are they cursed to be tossed in the dustbin with the other roasties? As a late in generation millenial, I'm wondering if I should hold out any hope trying to date them, or just go younger with gen Z. If there is any hope, what is it and how can we expedite it.

Nah, that's not necessary. Just find a girl from a stable home, they're more like to emulate their parent's successful relationship. Stay away from girls of single parents, religious or not. "Born again" types should be avoided too, that basically means "I was a slut but now I've hit the wall I suddenly found God!"
