You're sticking way too hard to pure libertarianism. The point of libertarianism is that a people can determine what's best for them. However, the government through open borders can get it's way simply by importing people to replace these people, to create a climate more in line with government power. See America currently as an example. I believe in capitalism and general libertarianism, but only in a traditional society that can be intelligent, educated and responsible with this responsibility. Importing people who come here, not to be part of our culture, but purely out of greed or financial gain, is not conducive to this.

My point was more that by giving the government the kind of control favoured by nationalists you give it too much power. Governments are ultimately corruptible, and giving them the power over who can and can't join society is a step too far.
