Like write a script to mirror content from cnn.com/videos, insert something naughty, email advertiser with link to their ad next to something naughty, get advertiser to pull their ads from CNN.

I think that if you can't prove in good faith you need the domain name for something completely unrelated, your domain name can get seized.
