emotions are interesting. we have emotions constantly, but don't even realize what effect they have on our thoughts. we also tend to attribute thoughts and feelings to situations that aren't the actual stimulus that provoked the thought/feeling in the first place.

Fear is a natural reaction to something that threatens your chances of survival and the survival of your children.
