3) Kill either Yara or Theon. Can't have both.
4) Stay truthful to all of the lore in the GOT universe to re-assure that the books are still canon.
I want to emphasize on the first one the most. I don't want Daenerys to walk on a fucking red carpet to the throne, just cause it's Cersei and she's evil. Dany's gonna be killing a lot of people with those dragons.

Dorn has only lost like 1 guy. House Tyrell only lost their figureheads, they haven't lost any of their army. And Cersei even said they were the 2nd most powerful house behind the Lannisters. The Tyrells still have all their power, they just had most of their royalty wiped out.

It is hinted he is dead. They never explicitly detailed the battle between the Boltons and Stannis, but they had people talk about Stannis having a total defeat at Winterfell.

I think the vale's strength is that they are impossible to assault. To reach their kingdom you have to pass through that narrow valley. It would be like the 300 spartans. A tiny force from the vale could fight off an army 100 times their size.
I don't remember the books or the show ever really talking about the vale being a huge military force. They just have a great defensive position so nobody bothers trying to attack them.
Jon kills Dany in order to get the fire sword. All is destroyed, most people killed, white walkers destroyed, the iron throne remains, and Jon sits down, and the show will end after it slowly zooms into his eyes.

The whole show comes across as bluepilled, but it's really a long game redpill.
It sets up this fantasy world where the running theme seems to be "honor and nobility is for suckers, and fighting fair is for chumps, all the smart people lie, cheat, betray, and murder their way to the top, they're the real winners" yadda yadda yadda.
But as the series goes on, it becomes more and more obvious that that's not the message it's going for. All the schemers and plotters eventually run out of luck or lose everything in their blind grab for power. All the murderers and betrayers end up stabbed in the back. And in the end - it's the handful of good, noble, honorable men and women fighting for their people and choosing to do the right thing who ultimatley save the day, because despite how much grim, edgy, reality tries to shit on them, they're still the heroes of the story.
People who murder their heroes don't get happy endings.

In the show, the House of Martell is extinct. Doran and his heir are dead. This apparently leaves Elleria and the Sand Snakes dead, who are all bastards. There is no Arienne in the show. The Sands taking over makes no sense, but either way Martell is no more. The unbent and unbroken house was annihilated by the paramour and bastards of Oberyn.
I just finished the series on audio book and I don't remember the vale being that big of a deal, but I could be wrong.

I could see a dead Brienne coming back as a wight. Lots of room for lots of death still....I'm hopeful.
