1) Your brain has a mismatch in how you perceive your body vs how it actually is, gender dysphoria. The strength of it varies from person to person, and can wax and wane in an individual over their life

2) Your brain isn't a static, fixed thing. Synaptic plasticity is very real, meaning your brain can gradually change depending on the stimuli it receives.

If you are spending all day watching femme / sissy hypnosis / trap porn, then that is probably going to ramp up your feelings of gender dysphoria.

I would recommend cognitive behavior therapy, go see someone who specialises in it. You will gradually retrain your brain to stop thinking of yourself in certain ways (i.e. that you are really a woman).

You could also get yourself tested for test levels, and make lifestyle changes to increase test naturally.
