Just to give you a perspective. US had 13 babies per 1000 people in 2010. Plus US adds about 1 million immigrants each year. While Japan had 7.8 children per 1000 in 2016. As someone who works in the IT industry in Japan. I can say this is good and bad at the same time, its a hit and miss working with the right Indian as some tend to just get in because their cousin works there. Japan does tighten up the visa process for a lot of foreigners not just Americans, plus living here can be a nightmare if you don't speak the language.
Vietnamese are much more friendly and they can adapt very easily plus there aren't as crazy as some Indians.
Nevertheless this should be interesting.
