The Make Movement- a movement where people use their free time to work outside their profession- is a continuation of societal collapse.
Civilization exists because we rely on each other's specialization.
The Maker Movement is people thinking that they can do their hobbies better than others can do their jobs.
Anthony Butler
Man, so sad to hear that Leonardo da Vinci was a dirty globalist.
Justin Anderson
This copypasta again.
Adam Sanders
This shit again? Sage. It's not anti civilization. It's capitalism, people spending their money how they want to make cool toys. It's not people removing the need for skilled labor by automating the fucking plumbing.
Gabriel Thompson
>the maker movement is capitalism Capitalism, in practise, is the gathering of capital in outer to mass produce a product with special machines and people. The Maker Movement is the opposite.
Jayden Kelly
No, that's mass production and industrialization. The free market is capitalism. Electronic / parts manufacturers and sellers creating a new market to sell their goods to is capitalism.
Ops post is almost the same as saying Legos are anti civilization.
Nicholas Reed
Wait, what?
Gavin Parker
dumbest thread of the year award
Henry Campbell
How far do you want to take this? Should I not make a sandwich or wash my clothes because I can hire people who specialize in cooking and cleaning? Even wiping another person's ass after shitting is a job that some in the medical field must do. Should wiping your own ass be outlawed in order to make jobs for those who specialize in ass wiping?
James Moore
The endgame is everyone having a personal nano assembler which can build anything imaginable.
Where's your capitalism now?
Adam Flores
Hahaha
Easton Butler
>Collapse of civilization is a bad thing
Fucking kike worshipping moron.
Cooper Taylor
The capitalist is the one feeding the resources to people's assemblers
Jeremiah Turner
Oh fuck off. The point of a hobby is to have fun. You don't typically engage in a hobby to get a better product, unless of course the market is only offering shitty products. There's something special about having something you made with your own two hands. Who care if you didn't pay for it. Not everyone can afford to hire someone else every time they want something.
Jayden Hernandez
Or you just take random shit around you and throw it into the nano soup, an assembler is also a disassambler. Like mr. fusion from back to the future.
Liam Morgan
how the fuck is improoving in toher fields leading to collapse of civilization?
Do you really think people before us only did one thing and only that like a autist?
Juan Rodriguez
Assemblers will never be better then the current production methods. Just look at 3d printers, even though they are becoming cheaper for consumers if you just need a garden shovel you're better off just buying an injection molded shovel from China. The cost of universal assembly and will always be more expensive, slower and take more skill then standard manufacturing.
Stop being such a sci-fi faggot
Jaxson Hill
> >How far do you want to take this? Should I not make a sandwich or wash my clothes because I can hire people who specialize in cooking and cleaning? Ideally, yes. But so long as you refuse to work the hours necessary to afford this, you will continue to live as like a pleb.
Xavier Anderson

Well said, sci-fi and futurist faggots BTFO.
Aaron Ward
>Ban fun
Jacob Hernandez
>traditional production will always be better Funny how pollacks believe that million dollar factories can be replaced with hundred dollar printers.
Leo Carter
Or their jobs are so cucked they have to maker real jobs to keep society floating
Joshua Taylor
weak time make weak ppl as long as you rely on other your are somehow weak
Nathaniel Lopez
Oh look, it's yet another low effort LEAF bait.
Jack Miller
> >Oh look, it's yet another low effort LEAF bait. Low effort = under budget Many (you)s = ahead of schedule UNDER BUDGET AND AHEAD OF SCHEDULE

The fact is I can do many jobs that specialists do for myself and save shit loads of money. Also, I like some of the stuff I do as a hobby.
However, I know you're that same shit posting Canacuck that always posts these shit threads saying people shouldn't do things on their own.
Wyatt Fisher
>Capitalism, >mass produce Confusing the economics with the production technique. Typical Leaf. Taylorism works regardless of the economic system backing it up. What Taylorism fails at is providing custom or low-volume production, something today's consumer expects.
You are complaining about a movement that encourages entrepreneurship, invention and the exact type of products people want.
Tyler Morris
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ sage ignore report

>Also, I like some of the stuff I do as a hobby.
Don't do (((hobbies))). Instead, dedicate your free time to growing your white family.
Christian Powell
Sounds like a freshly-laid off barrista with a sociology degree is getting pissed because the local rednecks built their own coffee roaster.
