This isn't even a mediocre slide thread. I genuinely want to know. Look back into the past and the continent was actually capable of functioning. What the hell fucked this place up so bad? Even up in Central America, Mexico once had a functioning government. Was it communism? Was it the cartels? Was it the CIA? Was it all 3?
