For what it's worth I began to feel infinitely happier and more satisfied with life when I accepted my far right wing views. When I was a leftist I was a complete and total wreck.
purpose
feelings of accomplishment
Drugs, meditation and exercise.
For men (lol no wimminz on da internet!)
>creatine
>caffeine
>meditate at least 20 minutes, use your commute
>exercise at least 30 minutes
I can still feel the depression/anxiety, but it's controlled and I can use it rather than it using me.
Passion, drive, a goal, something to give your life meaning and not to focus on the living hell all around you

Backfill. Gravel at the bottom, sand on the top.
Mental control. Self-control. You have to learn how to control the conditions of your experience. Read that sentence again. Think about it.
Fighting depression is a lost cause. You can only replace that use of energy with one that is superior. What would you rather experience than depression, in simple conceptual words? Success? Peace? Money? Love?
Focusing on the abyss is an absolute losing proposition. It is a strictly losing philosophy. Other philosophers suggest using the mind to create a superior existence.
stop caring about anything
do what you want and ignore the consequences
blue pill yourself
>when I accepted my far right wing views.
That just makes it worse
When I was a leftist I wasn't really aware of how bad things really were.
Idk how to get out of this hole, the only thing that's doing anything at all is lifting, and that's just a distraction
>creatine
No thanks I'm balding fast enough as it is
>caffeine
I drink tons of coffee, but it doesn't do anything for me. idk why /fit/ loves it so much
>meditate
That actually is worth checking out. What's the best source for this?
>exercise
I do a 3 day split, gaining some (small) results
I'm not good at anything that will translate into a job
I'm about to graduate in Biochemistry but I hate my degree tbqh. I've been into history and linguistics lately but it's not gonna get me anywhere.
exercise is really useful
it's important to not to get hung up on what exercise to do, but just do something on a consistent basis
when I can't do anything else just some sets of push-ups in my apartment is a big stress reliever and adjusts my mood for a good while
Suicide via auto erotic fellatio.
purpose
food, exercise, social status, sex, independence. these things can all help your body feel better
but it won't end depression
man needs to know that there is reason that he is doing something greater than himself
I think recent politics is getting energy because it gives people just that kind of feel
Manning the fuck up if you're male.
Finding a man and birthing children if you're female.
Please note that I'm not claiming that it doesn't exist.
Mindfulness in plain English.
Creatine only makes high oestrogen men bald, but baldness is still a good reason not to take creatine.
I am starting to believe depression is direct symptom when people see things in their environment that are not right and feel helpless and isolated. The most awoke suffer the most. Learning that your not alone helps a lot. If you can't fix everything, almost always the case, fix what you can. Knowing that your doing all you can on the day to day helps. Don't mistake depression as something wrong with you but as an alarm that your environment needs addressing. But, don't ask me I'm depressed.
do something to help your comunity. make life not about you.
That a bunch of bs, when I make life about me only I thrive
Barron Trump. Since I dedicated myself to the big B I've felt happier and more easily aroused.

This. Physical work does wonders.
this, and eating good foods. Also try not eating (fasting) for a couple days. One the third day plan a yuge meal and party.
Making everyone around you equally miserable.
If you're truly clinically depressed you have little sense of what normal is or feels like
getting the depression meds may help but its a half-measure. taking them, shit beg some from your mom or something, starts the process of feeling what it is. getting the talk therapy can get you off them. barring that, get a job or volunteer helping others with their problems. you get 2 things out of that, minimum: you see there are people worse off than you and you get out of your own head.

Depends. If you are fairly stupid and mot a particular deep thinker then simple pleasures, common joys, love, acceptance and hearty doses of success will satisfy your life.
If you are intelligent or more so someone who contemplates deeply upon the nature of man, existence and consciousness then things like meditation and honing of your rebelous mind will help. Try prayer as well, even if you don't believe in the concept a conscious creator (I don't) contemplation upon, confessions to and service towards a theoretical greater power and force that binds all men has been very positive to me. Finally you must find purpose, a deep powerful mind and extended worldview is a great gift but if left idle it turns it back on you and will cause you grief. For your friend, Goebbels it was to "shut their dirty lying Jewish mouths" but for you it could be anything, I'd hope you already have some idea what it is but if you don't start putting yourself out there and find it.
Also remember that the physical body and the mental one are deeply, deeply linked. If you are not satisfied with your appearance, lose that weight or gain that muscle. Your body is yours and dispite what some say you can't leave it. If you are unhappy with it then you have a negative force dragging you down 24/7. Exercise is good regardless though.
Ive been going on daily jogs / running for just 15-30 minutes, and it has dramatically reduced my depression. It's not only the exercise that is good for you, but the vitemin D from the sun. Most of us sit inside way too much these days and dont get enough sunlight. We need about 15 mins of sun a day (if possible). I didnt really believe it at first, but after trying it myself, I can honestly say I feel 1000 times better a few hours after I go running rather than continuing to sit home
Read some biographies of historical political strongmen (e.g. Stalin, Mussolini, Deng Xiaoping) since you like history. You'll eventually see a commonality that goes beyond dogmatic political lines, and in a way, feel better about yourself as you did not have to go through what they did, and you'll gain an appreciation of the strength of human will.

Make your life have meaning. Are you white? If yes, good. Be the best you can be. Represent your people. Have a family. Have a LARGE family. Donate to pro-white organizations. Be proficient in fighting, fitness, health, or anything like that. Meet like minded people. I find solace in this sort of stuff.
I'll tell you what is NOT the cure for depression: focusing on the worst of the worst about humanity and global politics, all the time, 24/7. That shit will kill your soul
Smoke some pot every now and again. Helps my wife with her anxiety and depression.
Death. Nothing to live for. See you all in Hell.
As someone whose tried to kill himself before all I can tell you is to grow up and get the fuck over it
As shit as your life might be, being sad and moping accomplishes nothing and just leads you further and further down a rabbit hole of sadness and misery
The same cure that worked for Goebbels.
This. Sometimes we just have to take a break from politics. It's always good to be involved, and I'm glad you're all involved, but we have to take a break some times. If you don't, it will consume you, and it's something that will never let go of you. It's dreadful. Change your lifestyle and live according to what your ancestors would want, but don't focus totally on politics.
